Refund Policy

If, for whatever reason, you're not satisfied with your product from eSuckle, you can return it to us for a full, hassle-free money back refund.

All you need to do is contact our customer service number at 1800 800 251 and request an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number. Once a customer service representative has provided your RGA number, simply ship your item back to us. Once we've received and inspected it, we'll provide you with a full money back refund.


At eSuckle, we believe that customer satisfaction involves the entire process of visiting the site, shopping, purchasing, shipping and ultimately you - the customer - receiving and using the item. Once you get the item, you are unhappy with it, feel free to return it to us for a full refund.

There are certain exceptions to the Refund Policy for Online Orders.

  • All items must be returned to eSuckle in their entirety i.e. as they were received. That means that products must be returned with their original packaging, along with any accessories, items, instructions, guides, bonus items and parts that came with your original purchase order.
  • The eSuckle return policy takes effect once you receive your item and lasts for 30 days. Returned items must be postmarked within 30 days after you first receive your item, regardless of when the item in question was first used.
  • All returned items must be sent to eSuckle following the guidelines specified above. Failure to do so will prohibit eSuckle from issuing you a refund or a replacement item. As well, the original item returned to eSuckle will not be sent back to you should it not be sent to eSuckle in the proper format.
  • Online orders can only be returned to the eSuckle warehouse via contacting a customer service agent and using an RGA number.
